I think this Sheriff has something in mind that doesn't in involve taxes...

It's been a huge-ass time since I drew The Sheriff and felt like 'why not?' But I wanted to do something with my fursona that had a bit of a backstory to the piece.

The story goes...

Alex is a freelance artist, doing portraits for little to no money just as a means to make others happy with his art, while at the same time being able to eat when he can after doing said art. The Sheriff came across his work to collect taxes but was caught off guard by his acceptance of his tax collecting and his appreciation of stopping by his booth. After some time, The Sheriff became a regular visitor of Alex's Art Booth - who's kindness surprised him and drew him towards the artist. Later, after Alex closed his Art Booth for the day as The Sheriff held Alex's hand, noses touching and bellies pressed close to each others, Alex has what he's always wanted: the ability to create art and having someone seeing value in his worth - more than a financial point-of-view.
