Scarlet Lionclaw is villain version of Scar (lion king), Lex Luthor (dc), and Master Seer Brahn (twokinds).
President Scarlet Lionclaw is one of the Slaver-villains and an arch nemesis of Captain Snep, Aztec Samurai and Gem Striker. She considers herself a most bustiest and attractive maned lioness businesswoman with her Sky Templar human husband named Allen Lionclaw. Scarlet possessed the Espernite powers, similar to those of Captain Snep and the others. Following the assassination of President Jarl Willow by his own missing son, Scarlet was elevated from vice president to president of Life-Source and the planet Mello. She rarely gets her hand paws dirty, instead, she prefers relying on others to do the dirty work for her while she watches from afar and profits from the results. Scarlet represents the evils of unethical business actions.
She first creating the Feline Law, the new law acts that all feline beastman foreigners and wild humans in planet Mello are nothing more than perfect breeding pet slaves.
She tries her hand paw in most things - illegal hunt capturing on wild humans and raiding through hotels (except apartments and houses) to gather all of the Feline Foreigners with the help of General Derick Hentai and his LSM (Life-Source Militech) troops. Scarlet has two top-notch psychopathic human scientists, Dr. Satire Kiloton and Dr. Fembra Jefferson, who can manipulate and brainwash breeding pet slaves using a malicious technology known as ear brain plugs and visors.
Scarlet obviously has a large supply of money and support, often using bio-gas canisters, breeding pet slaves and advanced technology, as well as having many people willing to follow her and do her bidding. But Scarlet's power extends to many, and it is evident she has the personality and the means to get people to follow her.
She developed an intense hatred for Captain Snep, Aztec Samurai, and Gem Striker, as they were just as powerful as she was and seemed intent on putting an end to her breeding pet servitude under the Feline Law. Scarlet is determined to be patient and strategize in order to discover their weaknesses and ultimately defeat them.
