Next Cutie is Deputy Mayor Calico Briggs, dearly referred by most characters as Callie, who was one of the main protagonist in the 1993 Hanna-Barbera animated series The Swat Kats: The Radical Squadron. She was voiced by Tress MacNeille, the voice of Babs Bunny in Tiny Toons, Dot Warner in Animaniacs and its revival, Chip and Gadget Hackwrench in Chip and Dale: Rescue Rangers, and of Daisy Duck since 1999 in some of the Disney Media.

In the show, Callie was the kindhearted and very capable Deputy Mayor of MegaKat City, often consider the one who really managed the city from the often Cowardly and Incompetent Mayor Manx, very akin to that of The Mayor and Ms. Sara Bellum from the Powerpuff Girls; indeed, because of her busy work in managing what should be the mayor's own affairs, it often doesn't allow her to have any sort of time for herself. She is a major ally of the Swat Kats in the Administration and their principle defender from the attacks of Commander Feral and the Enforcers. Callie is also the attraction of T-Bone and Razor, though it is imply she may like Razor the most.

Her relation with the Vigilante Duo grows to a point she comes to entrust her life and that of everyone in MegaKat city to them, being the one who calls the Swat Kats when troubles arises or when she happens to be in the thick of it, and often the Duo has to save her, and/or Mayor Manx, from the sortie of villains that threaten the city, generally being Dr. Viper, Dark Kat, the MetalliKats and the Pastmaster; being the 2nd most important individual in the city and ally of the Swat Kats, naturally comes with the baggage that she can be the target of the bad guys in their schemes to destroy the Vigilantes from time to time or try to conquer or destroy MegaKat City.

Of the villains in the main Roster, she has some level of connection to both the Pastmaster and the MetalliKats;

For the Pastmaster's is by chance, as she is the living spitting image of Queen Callista, a presume Ancestor, and ruler of the Kingdom of Megalith City (MegaKat City in Mediavel Times), who the Sorcerer was obsess with and the Swat Kats have the opportunity to meet in the sixth episode of the series when traveling through time. In Season2-Ep7 (The Deadly Pyramid), when the Pastmaster finally gets a good look at Callie's resemblance to Callista, he ordered the Giant Mummies Monsters to bring her to the Pyramid, wanting her as his Queen and attempted to married. Callie was willing to do so if no harm fell to the Swat Kats, though Razor was able to destroy the Crown that control the Giant Mummies, destroying them and the pyramid. Callie later replied she was awfully glad she didn't had to make good on her offer.

For the Metallikats, Callie bares responsibility for what they became, as she made sure to deny every one of their parole requests and bribe attempts sent to Manx, as the mayor hadn't done any paperwork in years, which brought the wrath of the Mechanical couple down on her, for her impeding an early release is what forced them to come up with the escape plan which led them to the boat accident and their damaged bodies being found by Prof. Hackle's robots, forcing the old scientist to save their lives by transferring their minds into those Robots, thus becoming the MetalliKats. Interestingly, it was mistaken by some fans (even myself) that she and Molly were sisters, due to Mack not liking her side of the family after hitting her car on their way to get their revenge on Manx, and Callie calling her sister, not many understanding she was using the slang term of the word and not being literal.

Callie also has an evil look alike in another universe, Dark Callie, who works with the evil version of the Swat Kats, and themselves work with that universe's Dark Kat to destroy that's version's of MegaKat City and its law enforcement.
