When Mr. Biggles was discarded by Toy Maker into the wilds of the island he still believed himself to be a top cat capable of ruling and controlling the islands toy folk. He however very quickly failed in his attempt to take over the island as his belt was removed and he spent the next few months as a cushion for the other toy folk to sit on. He's been somewhat redeemed in behavior and acts as a transport for Paper Pete and his gang and he's often still sat on and crushed when he mouths off.
