After Leon was abandoned on the island by Toy Maker there wasn't much that he could do in his current form do to being a toy phone with no limbs, for a while he acted as a cab for smaller toy folk, when that didn't pan out well he tried to go back to his old ways of scamming folks which involved him typically selling folks useless garbage he found washed up on the islands shore in exchange for more valuable materials, he was arrested after a firework he found got loose from him and set Toy Maker's house on fire causing Toy Maker to violently rampage and destroy some of their settlements. However it was later found out that he actually worked as a phone with another Toy folk gal who was turned into a toy flip phone so instead of being locked up he was instead made a member of the Toy folk intelligence relay system where he was given the job of monitoring when Toy Maker left and returned to the island and radioing it in to the main settlement.
