I think I would like to see something like a progression list or a waiting queue. While I don't rush the artists that do comms for me, waiting for months without any updates does feel 'left out of the loop' sometimes. And with such a list I could check up where my comm is anytime without asking.
Maybe its because of my non-native english skills, but I feel like asking for updates (even more if one would ask again after a month and no update has been made) can be read somewhat impatient and sour the usual communication.

Speaking of ScarDraw and Loxori, which have 90% all of comms here they actually have trellos

For me, I'm kind of oversaturated on the amount of characters I've got but most of their art is just what I got when I adopted them. I love a good few of your artists styles so I'd personally be on the lookout for more YCHs than adopts. I've already gotten a couple YCHs before but I'd also be interested in some less lewd and more slice of life styled ones as well. Not that there's anything wrong with a few good lewd YCHs as well! Though in most cases I'm also more likely to get solo YCHs rather than ones with multiple characters in general since it's less complicated to think about for me.
