Cloud K9 was the leader of a group of superhero dogs, but a certain event caused the group to disband, and she almost lost her friendship with Mammoth Rocky. After that, she began working independently, just like Mammoth Rocky, but unlike him, she does like working as a team.

Only some time later, Brainy Barker recruited her for a second team for DSP as a leader. Cloud K9 agreed to be part of the team, but she refused to be the leader because she still feels guilty about what happened to her previous team. She is also still trying to maintain her friendship with Mammoth Rocky, but it's difficult when your friend feels betrayed by you.

She has the same powers as Mammoth Mutt but also the power to change the weather, but only within a 10-kilometer radius around her.
