Name a major battlefield, and Nyx had probably been there.

Malevelon Creek. Meridia. Draupnir. Calypso. Hellmire. Chort Bay. Popli IX. All fiercely contested, hard fought.

Despite a willingness to fight on all fronts, Nyx definitely preferred the Automatons as a foe- their favoured hit-and-run style worked best against them, and the spectactle that played out during the first wave of the clankers' invasion left a deepseated resentment that could only be dealt with by spilling copious amounts of oil. This particular image would be from the reclamation of Malevelon last year, only now publicised due to featuring a clearly non-human Helldiver, standing atop the wreckage of an Annihilator tank as one of the last teams out of the Creek, stopping the Bots' attempt to immediately retake the planet after its blitz capture by the Helldivers.

I miss the Creek, not gonna lie, or any planet with that particular biome. There was just something special about it. I was almost disappointed when we stalled the clankers at Popli IX last month, but the way we pulled that battle off, and the aftermath, more than makes up for it.

Helldivers is a game I still play to this day, on and off, and so I figured with Malevelon Memorial Day coming up, I'd get something for it. Yes it's a few weeks past that day, but ignore that. The spirit's there. =p
