This is soooo gorgeous, I ran and bought it immediately, however, when I went to open it, I got an error message stating that the layer count was too high and opening canvas failed so I cannot use it. I'm not sure if there's a way to fix it or to take out a few layers and note it to me? I can provide proof of purchase?
