Frosty Is a member of 'the Tower' he ran the second floor which was designed in fashion to a Simon says game where the losers of his game would end up fattened up into immobile ice cream filled blobs. However when the Tower was raided by the police he was one of only two members who managed to escape from the Tower and do to certain warrants for his arrest he's been hiding over the boarder in Scalokai where he's been staying with a few of the friends he made over there.

Frosty is a bit of a wild card, his body is naturally cold enough to freeze liquids to solid ice in a matter of minutes. his abilities allow him to work as a living freezer capable of freezing and cooling anything or one he has come into contact with. When not living with friends he's known to sleep in the back of his ice cream trick where he is both the creator and provider of 'cursed ice creams' which has the ability to transform it's consumers into that flavor of ice cream which he enjoys watching and occasionally tasting.
