Dear smol explorers, vandalism is not okay and will not be tolerated and many various places has this rule applied even old abandoned dilapidated cities that are not so abandoned after all.

Well because not only you have to keep a look out for squatters but also Object Creatures and Monsters, that's right even inanimate objects can become sentient either by a magical or scientific force or by sentient slime substance such as these Traffic Conemon, they look like traffic cones at first sight but can pop up to just spook ya for fun or attack if provoked, they'll usually attack by biting, ramming, or kicking.

But when it comes to smols well they certainly won't hesitate to squash smols and bugs underpaw just like how these vandalizing rats found out, that Traffic Conemon sure didn't like bring called stupid.
