TRANSCRIPT

Day 201 - April 23rd, 2741

Its been eerily silent ever since we stepped foot back in the Void. I mean, on the surface that seems like good news but something doesn't seem right. I would've thought there would be some STEEL presence along this path but I don't sense anything, even with the stone.

We spent the whole entire day walking the Void though. Some familiar features like the distorted tunnels, and some new structures. But it did give us plenty of time to talk, and I opened up to Brick about my journey. The Facility, the escape, Dracca at the penitentiary, the green eclipse, the Nest, and then the Foundry. I kept the Well and Lily out of the story since while I think I can trust Brick, I can't trust the Quincy's as a whole.

He took everything in surprisingly well. The calamity at the penitentiary made news even out here so he was already aware, but Brick was surprised anyone survived that. Dracca was presumed dead since no confirmed rumblings were heard of her since, though I'm not so sure of that.

But my mission to find 40 was the reason why I came here. He doubts I would get the answers that I seek from her, but recognizes I don't really have another option. Shitty situation all around. Still, He told me his original plan was to hide away nearby a small village outside the Foundry awaiting for extraction. Supposed to take a week or so since causing that level of chaos will need some time to cool down a bit. So if everyone is still there, I may be able to ask Rose what he knows.

Well, I don't want to put off my search for 40, but I also can't just let Rose walk free. Who knows what else he may be plotting. And not to mention my obvious concern for the others. I hope they are still alright. Brick thinks so, Rose as acting leader would have no reason to harm them so long as they played along. But with how Twitch was acting in the days after my disappearence, its possible things might be some trouble.

But one thing at a time. Right now, I'm just happy to be alive.
