This is basically a fanart of one of my friend RedHaruhito's OCs that I decided to do in 2024 but never got around to polishing it up and uploading it. Until now, of course.

Kira herself is a dragoness who's permanently inflated due to a condition she has. As such she can't move on her own power and needs to be rolled around like a big beach ball. She's not full of lighter-than-air gases by default, but when she is filled with something that makes her float, you can expect that it'll be really hard to keep her from floating away into the sky!
