Despite it being called a breath attack, it actually a highly flammable acid, the organ under the tongue spew out a highly sensitive fluid which once hitting air, it ignite into flames. The flames can melt most any metal and Crstale, and due to a mix of it a acid fluid, it does damage weather the creature have fire immunity or not.
