It's not freaky to me, but it does strike me as a little bit asinine. Like they're trying too hard to be old timey and country. They could put up your drawing here on the wall and reserve all that wall space taken up by the deer for something else. I'd be willing to bet most people wouldn't even notice it was out of place unless you pointed it out to them.
