I’m really sorry to hear. I wish I could do more. I’m not qualified to offer any advice but in the end I think if people are offering help to help get you back on track I would say take it. Perhaps even look into like personal bankruptcy declaration to see if that can discharge bad debt?

They would lose their car at least. They are still making payments on it, so it would get repossessed by the bank in the event of a bankruptcy.

I can help you look over your finances, I am an accounting major. Off the top of my head, $160 is pretty high for an xfinity bill, if you aren't locked into a contract I would look at competitors.

Understandable. Everything's pretty hard right now, especially anything job related, keep applying and you'll get something eventually, but it may well take a lot of tries, it's frustrating. And just... existing, feels like every day is a crisis a lot of the time. But at least y'got folks willing to help, that's nice to hear.
