Day 196 - April 18th, 2741

I crashed hard last night. Had next to no sleep these past few days so I needed the rest. Not easy though with whatever the hell is going on above ground. But today is a new day and I need to get moving.

I'm still able to use the stone outside the void, and it made traversing down here so much easier. I can't exactly sense people the same way I could the cultists, but I can use my other enhanced senses. Of which, I have noticed is a little easier to use now. Still a strain, but not as much. Maybe I can be proficient with this.

But because of the stone, I managed to return to base by the afternoon but nobody was home. I looked around, most of the food & water is gone. Weapons are gone or disabled. Remaining ammo is disassembled. Clear signs that everyone has moved on. I'm guessing they made their move and fled, but looks like it was recently.

I restocked with what I could find, which wasn't much. And while I missed the crew, I think I can catch up with them. From the brief moments I was in that obelisk network, I heard chatter of smugglers & STEEL soldiers under Foundry. This matches up with what Rose mentioned for other void escape routes. Looks like the two-faced bastard was telling the truth about something. And I don't believe a small crew would want to engage STEEL, so they probably went the smuggler route.

With everyone gone, I can rummage through everyone's quarters. Seems they did a good job leaving nothing that can trace them, but it looks like someone hid something away. Under Twitch's bed, a note addressed to the 'White Lady'. She wished her a safe return from her journey and telling her to visit her friends to the north.

There is a stronghold north of lvl 3. Thank you Twitch!
