I second this. As soon as I heard that and saw the gameplay deep dive, I thought, “So…Indirectly a Destiny 2 clone but extraction shooter. Got it. Bungie must only know one note and are trying to play it louder with each iteration.” Also, yes, I do think that lowly of D2 because of how much of a chore that game is to play for me. Yeah, the expansions are there, but how much of the gameplay loop changes per expansion?
