This is Grenja (pronounced gren-ya), and she is the deity of chaos, madness, art and music, she is HEAVILY inspired by Lord Sheogorath of the Elder Scrolls series.
She was originally a mortal Alternarian, who was turned by unknown means in the early 3000s, yet her deity form has always existed, as the laws time cannot contain her, so because she would eventually come to be, she would always be there, faded to lose her mind and ascend to godhood.
(the story of how IS actually vaguely outlined, though I'm just not comfortable enough in it's structure to share it.)
In life before deification, Grenja was a troubled musician with a noble family history, she suffered from a disease unique to Asternereids, "weeping mindrot", essentially her brain was constantly melting and remaking itself, blood leaked from her mouth, eyes, ect, this causes delirium and memory loss, unstable body structure causing random wounds as the brain as well as the brain crystal is responsible for holding one's form together.

the disease did not lead to the ascension, and was cured once she did ascend, but it is there to explain she may have not been all there in the head during the ascension, which in turn affected what sort of deity she became, as mindset during deification is important.
Melting and remaking itself, the Asternereid brain works far different than other alien races, meaning fully degrading would never happen, fluctuating.
Mindset is an important factor during the process of ascending, such as Miasma, who's soul was split off from Mia when she survived erasure, rage, revenge, the desire to bring justice was the one thing keeping together while being pulled apart, so when she split into two, the god half embodied those extreme feelings, as well as the driving force that powered her in her mortal life. (splitting into two is a unique case and does not go for every instance such as this)
Grenja was manic, delirious, confused when she ascended, and thus she embodied how she was then, but also what she suffered from long term.
