Legitimately can't believe how this looks! Despite seeing the sketch, I was still blown away by how you filled in all these details here. I know you've confessed before to not having experience with backgrounds but I appreciate your efforts in including these objects people interact with in these comics, it brings an almost demonstrative quality to these that I really think amplifies the anatomy change present.
I will say first off, starting with the heels was a very inspired choice. Seeing how the person's feet just slip out of their own shoes is super evocative on its own, and I love that image where they look almost suspended by stilts off the ground. While I would've loved to see a full development of the tail feathers, I still really enjoy how they were already starting to grow by the second-to-last panel of the first page and just exploded through in the panel following.
I think the clothes transition was also super well-executed, I like the decision to put this guy in some shorts so we see the black feathers cleanly occupy where they used to be on their body. Personally, it reminds me of how a lot of ostrich TF looks (honestly might be a top contender if I ever commission you for something). Something in this page I think also was done really well was the kind of awkwardness in the mid-TF. Your style in TFs isn't usually what I would call "body horror," but I think the species in question here with its rather inhuman features really makes this feel more weird-looking, which is a good thing (I felt the Animorphs series itself often leaned into how weird the TFs were). Stuff like the feet with the undeveloped talons and how the beak emerges from the teeth were both super visceral, even if I've seen the latter in bird TF before (probably because birds don't even have teeth in the traditional sense). Plus, a ton of the face changes are done so seamlessly they're a visual treat. From how the tongue shrinks into the mouth, the beak pushing each nostril to its side, how the feathers on their face slowly spread out, the eyes and ears changing position and shrinking, and how the crest transitions from this person's ponytail. Above all else though, I'm sure those panels where the neck stretches back like that are sticking with me. I know these guys don't have the same noodle quality as geese or swans for example, but the way you depicted them gives them the elegance that does them justice.
As for the talons' formation, I love how even as you didn't directly draw scale patterning on them (I imagine that would've been ludicrously difficult), the shaping definitely gives them the same quality with how lumpy and bulky each individual toe. I've definitely seen videos before of them stomping around and they are seriously nothing to sneeze at (admittedly, would've loved to see a bit of that in this comic but I'm not sure if space limitations would've allowed for it). I adore the expression in the top right panel too; birds aren't exactly the most expressive animals in terms of their faces but you get a ton of mileage out of the simple shock present in the eye. It's almost magic the more I see how inconspicuous the actual drawing is, and the panel just after really compliments it too with how all the black feathers are standing on end - truly some great artist's instinct right there!
Lastly, I really like the wingspan's portrayal, and while it wasn't the most smooth transition in the world, the way you made it look like a blanket wrapping around them in how big it was, taking the shirt along with it, made it worth the two panels. I'm not sure how much MC was intended here, but I like the idea of after the initial shock wearing off, this person is just admiring how sleek and refined their new body is while kinda showing it off in the last panel. It's the little bits of expression that really do things.
I feel like I keep on having more to say whenever one of these comics drops, but it just seems like you keep topping yourself with these. Keep up the outstanding work here! Someday I might win one of these auctions, I'm hoping

Awww thank you so much! And it is a good reminder for me to practice backgrounds hahaha.
I'm not gonna lie, when I chose to leave the feet until later, inside I was going eeeewwww XD. I was really glad the person had a ponytail, as it was a perfect opportunity for those big feathers on the crest! I also do love a good neck stretch, I must admit.
Just curious, what do you mean by MC?
I don't have much to reply, but I love your comments and how much you notice in the art and choose to comment on, and it always just makes me feel so good!
As for the auctions, do you have any favourite animal species?
