In case anyone's been wondering where I've been, I've been painting. *L* My hubs is putting on his scoutmaster uniform and going to summer camp with the boys. One of the things he started doing with his cub scouts (and now with boy scouts) was making these wooden neckerchief slides to give out on special occasions. When he goes to summer camp, however, he takes a big bag of these things and trades them for council patches.
All I know is that I painted 21 wolves, 19 lynxes, 18 bears, 14 pumas, 12 tigers, 10 cats, and one hyena -- 105 in all.
Top row, from left: Fire fox, old fox, grey wolf, brown wolf (which is not painted; I detailed it with my woodburner and tinted it with wood stain pens.)
2nd row: puma, black panther, polar bear
3rd row: lynx, lynx, black bear
Bottom row: tiger, tiger, grey cat, red cat.
