I know it is years too early, but I came across the concept sketches of Shadrach Jones from Walt Disney's upcoming film "King of the Elves." His design reminds me of Morgan Freeman a bit. I decided to throw Tiana in, because to me, he comes off as her grandfather anyway. Maybe she is helping him with his lines? Heheh. Also, when I drew them side by side, I noticed he has alot more realism and detail. Interesting.

Also it seems he is from Mississippi. Being from the South myself, I am loving every minute of it! Not sure if his design will be different or if he will even have a different name when it finally comes out. On his concepts, he looks alot older and angrier than I drew him. I imagined him with a sparkle in his eye and a great laugh.
