Little world-building draw.

Major Kon's talent comes from a variety of methods such as being inducted secretly into a special military order where he received special training and an education on such matters before being fully 'processed' (via Queen Sophen's scepter which holds a sizeable and powerful meteorite) that allows him to form into the big fox knight.
