Day 0, 2 days before spring break.

Same as the daily Christmas stories, except it’s in spring break and painful. Also, I rewrote a few parts since I thought spring break was in March, but it's in April. I thought brutal fools of April would be after this, but no I guess.

Lemmy was over in his room, listening to the radio with Roy. Both were wondering what they could do for spring break. They were thinking when they heard something that caught their attention. “This week, there will be a reward for, free week at the beach side hotel of Koopaherst. Perfect for Spring break and good for 12 people. The 13th and onwards will have to be paid for, and additional fees may to cirten things like super constant orders for just you and property damage.” The radio says. “GOD DAMN! What a perfect spring break that will make.” Roy says. “That's what I was gonna say.” Lemmy responds, they hear the DJ again. “To enter this contest, you need to guess the population of the bright checkered green area, not sure what it is, but the closest guess will win.” The DJ Says. “It's that green hills place isn't it?” Roy asks. “Yep.” Lemmy says. He jots down the number the DJ said and then Lemmy calls Sonic. “Hello there, how are you?” Sonic asks. “What's the population of Green hills?” Lemmy asks. “There's a village with a good 575 inhabitants, counting me, even if I'm a drifter.” Sonic says. “Ive got the other phone ready.” Roy says. “I'll reveal it later, bye.” Lemmy hangs up on sonic and gets the phone to the DJ. “We have a caller!” The DJ says and picks up the phone. “Hello,here for the contest?” The DJ adds. “Of course!” Lemmy says. “Ok, cool, what's your guess?” The DJ asks. “572!” Lemmy responds. “Ok. your answer is in. we’ll contact you if you have won.” The DJ says. “Ok, goodbye.” Lemmy says hanging up the phone. “I bet people will guess a few thousand.” Roy says.”I guess.” Lemmy replies.

After a few hours of nothing, The phone began to ring. Lemmy picked up the phone. “Hello?” Lemmy says. “This is Kyle from the koopa radio station letting you know, YOU WON! You win the slip for 12 guests for the Koopaherst beachside hotel. You were off by three, But you still Won! You were the closest guess.” The DJ kept rambling on about how people were guessing thousands rather than hundreds like Lemmy, and for the postal service address for the mailman to give the confermential slip for their victory, explained in private of course. He also said they can bring a friend or a few. It all came down to the slip arriving 1 to 2 days, just enough for preparation. After the rambling, Lemmy hung up, and it was time. Lemmy went down to Bowser, still in diapers from the curse, it seems to be wearing thin but still there, still humiliated. Lemmy came down to say something. “Hey Lemmy, what are you here for?” Bowser asks. “I have something important, Really important!” Lemmy replies. “Oh?” Bowser replies. “I— I— I WON US A VACATION FOR TWELVE!!!” Lemmy replies. Bowser draws a bit of a blank. “HU!?” Bowser replies. “Sorry if you're angry, I Think it would make for a good vacation. The beach side hotel at Koopaherst.” Lemmy says, kind of scared. “Lemmy, it's not like I don't want to go, but I don't feel like getting laughed at, do you see me? I’m cursed with loss of bladder control, do you think I want to go in front of everybody like this?” Bowser responds pointing at his diaper. “Just lie and say it's because of a concussion.” Lemmy responds. “Then people will see me as a jackass.” Bowser responds. “Then just don't go.” Lemmy replies. “Then who's gonna sign you in the hotel? I’m pretty sure there needs to be an adult.” Bowser asks. “We can figure this out later, right now, we've got some bags to pack. I'm gonna go up and pack my bags.” Lemmy says going up to his room. “Oh, how can I say this?” Bowser asks himself. “Just call the kids down and say ‘Lemmy won us a one week vacation in a hotel about 2 and a half hours away, By car.’ it's easy!” Kamek responds. “Umm ok.” Bowser replies. “Hey kids!” He shouts as everyone but Lemmy and Roy come down. “What is it dad, I was redoing my hair, I kind of forgot my style.” Ludwig says. “*sigh* Lemmy won us a vacation to the beach side hotel at koopaherst.” Bowser responds. “Hu!” Everyone says “Lemmy! That sjit for brains!?” Iggy replies. “He may be stupid but he actually won something for us!” Ludwig replies kind of optimistic that it might be fake. “He apparently won.” Bowser replies. “I think a slip for a confirmation of winning will be sent to us to confirm we won to take to the hotel.” Kamek responds. “And it will be for spring break, so we should probably get to packing our bags, we will probably be going in 2 days.” Bowser responds. Then everybody goes back to their rooms to pack their bags for this vacation. The stay for spring break. Lemmy was almost finished packing some things and he decided to call Sonic. “Hey Sonic, I have a question for you.” Lemmy asks. “Shure.” Sonic replies. “Would you like to spend spring break with me?” Lemmy asks. “I’ve got a couple things to do at the moment, I’ll be back in a second.” Sonic says as he runs off to do some cleaning. “Umm ok, just tell me when your back.” Lemmy replies. Just a few seconds later, Sonic comes back. “Alright, I think I’m up for a little bit of a spring break vacation, how many are coming?” Sonic asks. “9 people are coming, me and my siblings including Bowser Jr, that’s 8 and Bowser, That adds up to 9. It’s only free for 12 people, guests 13 and higher will need to be paid for.” Lemmy replies. “I think tails would like to come, as for knuckles, he’s busy with other things, so that leaves room for 1.” Sonic replies. “Who could we get?” Lemmy asks. “How about that Josh guy you kind of like?” Sonic replies. “Yes please. But de get ready, we’re going in 2 days and I advise you get here at 6 or 7AM since it may be a 2 hour trip.” Lemmy tells Sonic. After bidding a hasty farewell, He calls Josh to ask if he wants to come over. He says yes. “Yea buddy.” Lemmy says to himself out loud. “You bringing friends?” Roy asks. “Yes. We're bringing over Sonic, Tails and even Josh, remember him from christmas?” Lemmy responds. “Right, the diaper boy.” Roy replies. “Yep.” Lemmy replies. “Ok.” Roy responds. Lemmy gets back on the phone with Josh. “Meet us here in 2 days at maybe 6 or 7AM, the trip is long so best be there and ready early.” Lemmy tells Josh. “Ok bye.” Josh says as they hang up.
