Yeah, Mary is dawning a Combination of Items I've adopted with the Express intent of making a Quirky Magical Girl Styled Character. And it Works so well. And Mary looks incredible (Even with her Hourglass Waist) in this art.
I've already stated how big I am on Toku and Toku-adjacent media since I grew up in the 90s discovering plenty of Shows that made ordinary characters into Costumed heroes and heroines that fight the forces of evil episode by episode.
I'll edit more Explanations about this strange costume, powers, and why all my female OCs will look like an Anime Prostitute wearing this Costume later :)
