Thank you so much Sandy for doing this adorable little badge for me at Anthrocon 2011! After seeing your table full of cute anthro characters done in your unique traditional style, I just knew I had to get one for myself!

Since I had so many references of my character fitted with a muzzle at the time, I wanted a more generally-rated badge that was more tame. You represented his playful personality so well with that long lolling forked-tongue hanging out of his mouth! I also love those large, happy, sparkling eyes of his; it almost gives him a more chibi-like look.

You really did a good job with his soft, bumpy golden scales! I've always liked this smoother look to his secondary scales better. It kind of reminds me of the underbelly of a snake or something. I would also imagine that these scales are more sensitive, which works very well for snout rubs! ^.=.^

I also think you did an awesome job with his wings draped in front of himself. I love that sharp, fancy text you gave him in the top left corner as well! It is a very fitting font! I noticed he even has an aqua aura around himself, making him look quite radiant!

Perhaps my favourite part of the picture is seeing the wide grin of that happy dragon! His cheeks are so cute! ^.=.^
