Kiyoko Fullbuster, a S Rank wizard at Fairy Tail. She often uses water and ice magic, trying to hide her dragon slayer magic. Her hair is naturally a dark blue but it changes colors when she uses magic. She loves making ice swords to fight with.
Fun fact: Kiyoko is my first ever oc ever! I made her in 9th grade, so 10 to 11ish years ago. I try to keep her design the same over the years, hense the magical color changing hair. Her ears are missing chunks because of bullies pinning her down and cutting them while forcing her brother Gray to watch. They were separated for years, only to be reunited as kids in Fairy Tail. She has a gray symbol because of a joke on her brother's name.
