For those of you who've seen this guy in the original Crossover Squad, you'll notice that I changed his color scheme a little because to me, he looked like a Pac-Man version of Bart Simpson.

Story: During the slaughter of the Yellow Ones, Wheeler and his parents attempted to escape at sea. Unfortunately, the Pacinator found them and destroyed his parents. They managed to get baby Wheeler to safety by sending him to some friends in a Pac-Fu Monastery in Pac-Mongolia. Except, the dinghy's computer misunderstood the command and took him to one off the coast of Pac-Malibu instead. He now serves as their protector from the forces of the Netherworld.
