Hey look, it's Sefo's MOM!
...sort of.
This was a two-headed alien stewardess named Cindy, & Sandy, aboard a space shuttle in a cartoon seen on a TV screen in an episode of "The Duck Factory", a short-lived sitcom from 1984 that took place in a struggling independent animation studio. It featured Jim Carrey in his first starring role as the eager, naive young new guy at the studio. (It also featured veteran voice actor Don Messick in his only live-action role as the guy who does the voice of the studio's regular character Dippy Duck!) The show itself was okay, but what I really liked were the animated segments the characters made and then watched on a TV. This one segment had Dippy Duck traveling on a space shuttle... but what really caught my eye was the alien stewardess, who would later inspire me to create one of my own regular characters, Sefo!
I drew this back in 2019 and posted it to Twitter... but nowhere else for some silly reason that probably boils down to "I was lazy and didn't think of it".

For one thing, Jim Carrey later became famous (primarily on "In Living Color") for doing wacky characters and celebrity impressions, but he didn't do any of that in "The Duck Factory". He just played it totally straight as the new guy trying to help keep the studio afloat. It'd be disappointing for people expecting the typical Carrey hijinks.
Oop! Sorry for the mis-quote. But I thought the show wasn't all that funny; in fact, that best bits were the animated segments (such as the one that inspired your drawing). As previously mentioned, they're all on YouTube so anyone interested can watch the show and make up their own mind.
