Born to prison during a great social calamity to his race, Damianos was given the stay of execution by the Legatus of the King, who saw in him a dark potential. Growing up a servant pet to the man who had saved him, Damianos would develop an insatiable thirst for the unknown that he would scratch through intense study and experimenting upon the bodies of prisoners. It is said that he earned not only his freedom but also the respect of his master, granting him the liberty of doing as he pleases.
Concern yourself not with his machinations, but that you do not end up as another victim of his curiosity.
