Can you believe it's been 20 years since I made my first fursona? Originally "Skittles", this character was a rainbow gradient hyena for about 2 months until I started talking to artists who suggested a more natural color scheme to make her easier to draw. She was then renamed to "Shenzi" because I was still a kid who didn't understand the whole "don't steal copyrighted character names", lol. This is their 2022ish redesign on a base by JungaBeast after they had their name shortened to just "Shen", and their gender changed to fit my current transmasc/nonbinary nature.
So here is the current updated version that will be my mainsona from now on, going full circle after 1 billion years :) Here's the basics!!

I will be uploading newer and older art of this character as I get into the swing of using them again! Decaf is also named after a pet rabbit I owned a long time ago.
Design notes for artists:
-Glasses are recommended always when anthro, ok but not necessary feral
-Spots are never exact and can be thrown on at random.
-Mane goes allll the way down the back to form the tail, which is solid dark gray/black.
-Colors & markings can be changed to suit the art (ie, limited palette or telegram sticker) but please keep the mane intact.
-Character is always flat chested.
