Some general info:
Dynae is an isolated monarchy roughly the size of Texas in the middle of the North Atlantic. It is the last place on Earth where magic exists, it is a place that is only known in myth and legend, yet it exists. Jay and Olly find themselves in this strange new world, yet they would end up saving it and the rest of the world from the damage of a cult that the country is fighting against. Dynae has a fairly similar climate to the Pacific Northwest, lots of taigas, forests, mountains, and grasslands all around. Pretty cold up here.
TOWNS:
LUPINIA:
Lupinia is the capital city of Dynae. Where Jay and Olly, as well as the rest of the main cast are based out of. Lots of military operations there, big financial center for the country.
NJORD:
Njord is a big shipbuilding area for the country. Since outside seafairing trade is pretty much nonexistent, a lot of the vessels constructed here are much smaller than your average cargo ship. Ships like personal vessels, fishing boats, etc.
BAKERSTONE:
Big lumber town. Magic here is used to accellerate the growth of spruces, oaks, and other trees to increase their sturdiness and growth speed.
DENVERGE:
Mountain town, lots of skiing. Think like a nice Colorado town nestled up in the peaks. Lots of trade passes through here.
NOVALIS:
Phoenix reservation since the start of the war with the cult. The cult has been attempting to genocide phoenixes as a species since their power is needed to effectively destroy their plan. Here, phoenixes find refuge where they are under heavy protection from any would be dangers.
PHANTASI:
Resort town. Lots of recreational activities, even in times of war.
ST. MICHAELS:
Aviation hub. Even in a world of magic, Dynae still needs a powerful air force.
VULCAN:
Big college town. All the top magic students end up here to pursue their studies in the arcane.
ARVELIN:
Big railroad hub. Steam is still king on Dynae, magic helps it win over diesel and electric power. Arvelin is a pretty big stopping point where locomotives and rolling stock are repaired, constructed, and serviced.
SLETLETON:
Big agricultre hub. The bread basked of Dynae, plenty of crops and produce can be traced back to here.
WINDSHEAR:
Rangers are pretty prevalent in Dynae's military, many come here to learn how to use and repair firearms, magic or not.
BYERSTON:
Quiet coastal town. An important character to the plot has a bit of a connection to this place...
IRONDALE:
Irondale is a big industrial hub. Metals and other resources come here to get refined.
CERES:
Big farming town. Some agriculture, but mainly focused on livestock.
HOUSTON:
Big coastal town. Jay and Olly start their adventure here.
DARMUU:
Cult's HQ. The dark energy that the cult has spread through this land has corrupted it's flora and fauna, twisting the surrounding forest into a nightmare of a biome for any unfortunate travelers.
BIRMOOR:
Like Vulcan, this is an academic town. This time, it's for training the cult's pupils in the dark arts.
NOTABLE LANDMARKS
CAMBROVICIA:
A strange island about the size of Connecticut. It is home to many prehistoric flora and fauna (Dinosaurs, Eurypterids, Orthocones, Lepidodendrons, Prototaxites, etc), somewhat being protected by a strange energy from the world's extinction events. No permanent settlements are here though, as it basically functions as a wildlife preserve.
RIGS:
Not oil rigs, but more so vantage points to watch over the seas.
LOST CRYPT:
The very origin point of the cult. Originally lost to time, rediscovered by the cult recently and hailed as their holy site. Only the most diabolical horrors imaginable lurk in the darkness here.
ASTRAY ARCHIPELIGO:
The resting place of the pair of magicians that saved Dynae centuries ago from the same demon that the cult is trying to ressurect. Lost to time, it served also as a massive study for the two magicians during their lifetime.

THE IRONCLAD:
Gigantic POW camp run by the cult. You do NOT want to end up here. Torture, magic experiments, and hard labor are all commonplace here. Security is as tight as a rust welded bolt.
