This is Opal, aka Tien! She's the smaller of Sehanine's children, representing the smallest moon. She's uh, been through it and so was recently born? reborn? from a magic rock called a Nocturne Opal recently. The party named her Opal to avoid drawing attention to the whole "demigod weird bunny" they were carrying around.

A hag has enchanted Opal, so she looks like an ordinary rabbit to most folk outside of the party. Tien is actually based on a viscacha, which isn't a rabbit but instead a rodent related to chinchillas, but I just liked "fluffy tail rabbit" as a vibes.
