I don't know how to localize this, so a short lesson in Russian.
So, the original name of this machine is "ISU-152" (ИСУ-152).
Since in Russian there is a word "киса" [kisa] — it is a derivative diminutive of the word "cat".
"Киса" [kisa] can also be said as "кисулечка" [kisulechka].
..."k-ISU-lechka".
Well, you get the idea, right?
Roughly speaking, I put the word "ISU" into the word "kisa" and got... a cat-tank.
Oh my God, how difficult it is to translate this.
I will understand if you didn't understand anything xD

I wanted to either make an equirhythmic translation that would repeat the original pun in Russian, or explain the joke by introducing the audience to the Russian language. Since I couldn't figure out how to localize the pun, I settled on the second option. Also, it is not possible to insert "ISU" into the word "kitty"
