As well that any number of things can slow down or speed up his plans. Lets also not forget that Raptor isn't always planning. Sometimes Silver is involved and as we've seen Silver has the ability to hide his plans from Raptor. Raptor could be innocent and have no plans currently or he really does. Maybe it's Silvers plan and he's hiding it from Raptor... or It could just be an unplanned bodily functions. You'll have to wait to see which X3
