Being healthy and in good condition is its own reward.

When I was 15 years old, I weighed nearly 300 pounds, and I couldn't get out of my own way. I was unhappy.

Then, one day I decided to change it.

I started walking. That became My Thing. I walked and walked; along the shore, along the beach, along the old railbed; wherever I could walk.

I still love walking; it's still My Thing.
Today I'm 100 pounds less than I was then. It can be done, my friends! You just have to find Your Thing.
