I simply inferred if the 5% of the universe we can interact with and study supports life, it had to be pretty obvious the other 95% we can only infer is there (dark matter/energy) also does. And because of the quantum entanglement, regular propagation restrictions like light speed data communications and other functions at a scale big as a galaxy are instananeous.
