I see a few things happening here:
For one, the young lady demigod was about to pull a knife to defend her father and the knights, but Chili (reasonably) assumed she was a non-combatant.
She said it herself "we don't know each other yet", and I can see a likely scene where they get cornered by someone they didn't know about, then when she steps up to save them, she remarks something along the lines of "You were right; we don't know each other. Remember that next time you make assumptions on a stranger."
Mostly thought, these comments are hilarious, as is the severed lizard tail on the floor. Wonder how many weeks it'll take him to regrown that one.
The"face broke my hand" one reminds me of a ringside taunt from the Wii remake of Punch-Out, by Mr. Sandman: "Tell your face to leave my fists alone!"

Fun fact: Lizard tails don't actually regrow. The lizard instead gets what one might call a pseudo-tail, an entirely new appendage that looks a bit like the old tail in a bad light but will never be as mobile.
So whoever lost that one has a right to feel a bit annoyed about it :P.

Ahh, thank you for the clarification!
First I ever heard of the lizard regrowing thing was the Angry Beavers. In one episode they met a clingy and awkward tree lizard named Bing, and in the early days of their friendship, while playing they accidentally stepped on his tail and pulled it off.
"Happens all the time, not to worry!" He then sprouts his latest pseudotail in seconds.
"Did you see that, Dag?! The Bingster is indestructible!"
