Personality:
Very understanding, could be mistaken as naivety. Values employees over profit. A naturally loving person. Being a savvy businessman is an act to him. Generous. A good leader.

Details:
-Has a Slavic accent with a deep, bassy voice.

-Impleo Corp. is a small conglomerate that owns a few restaurants and a line of clothing meant to be ultra-stretchy for huge and getting-huger folk
Klem is a tester for his clothing brand's suit line-up.

-He finds trying to find the limits of said suits satisfying, the current limit is usually around 3 times his weight.

-He loves popping belts, he gets them as cheap as possible.

-One of the restaurants he owns is Barn’s Buffet Palace, the restaurant that Pate and Bert work at. It's his favorite restaurant and it's just across the street from the office.

-The Impleo Corp. office is two floors in a skyscraper in the heart of Obi City. Jason and Ricardo both work at this office as IT personnel, Klem being their boss.

-Employees get heavy discounts at the two restaurants the corporation owns, on top of that, lunch is free in the cafeteria at the office. It's not as good as the restaurants though.

-Klem thinks very highly of his employees, seeing them as equals and treating them like he would family. “I am nothing without my employees. I know they always give me their best, therefore, they deserve nothing but my best too.”

-He is very good with people since he has a background in sociology.

-He lets his workers come into his office to relax with him, whether it's on break or a scheduled time. Klem heavily encourages his workers to relieve their stress how they see fit, whether it's his waistline or theirs in the crossfire, he is eager to help.

-Klem lives in a very modest home with a living room that's more akin to a library, with many bookshelves and a fireplace. This is where he spends much of his time outside of work.
His ears are his ultimate weakness, he loves them being scratched.


Backstory:
Formally, Klem was an esteemed worker's counselor in his earlier life as a human. With degrees in sociology and business respectively, he understood how people worked very well. One day, he decided to write a study on how internet cultures influence how people would interact with each other. The furry fandom was a point of interest for him. Secretly, this whole study gave him an excuse for him to explore fat furs, because he had a question that had lingered in his mind, “Is gluttony really gluttony if food and water isn't a problem?” Besides his own private “proclivities”, he believed solving this problem would bring humanity closer to creating a utopia. In the end, he'd be both right and wrong, and he'd also be there to witness it as a great lion.
