Day 184 - April 6th, 2741

So it looks like we aren't just sitting around, waiting for someone to come knocking at our door. We are going to take the fight to them. It won't be possible to get rid of them completely, but we can buy ourselves time.

I'm helping Wrench and Twitch by assembling small handheld drones. I'm told STEEL uses these on the ground as spy or surveillance. Small, cheap, easy to assemble, and programmable with the right equipment. So they are perfect for strapping explosives with remote detonator. Something Twitch is endlessly giddy about. These can cause a lot of damage and chaos in inaccessible places to regular people. Also, Wrench is able to control these things with her mind through some link she has from an implant. Neat, but she needs to use something like a visor to see through them.

Brick has been going over attack plans with Wrench. No doubt figuring out where best to direct the drones.

Rose is up to his usual activities. Still not convinced on the void access in the caves, but now thinks there may be others. He is convinced that one is being used by STEEL here in the Foundry. Another somewhere else on the 3rd level, but all speculation. What piques my curiosity is how he was able to get this info. The guy is skilled, sure, but this is almost too good. Add that to the growing list of why I don't like this guy.

Anyway, keep on working, remain vigilant, and keep a gun at your side at all times.
