Telemacer? What, you thought Warez was a cryomancer at birth? And to that, I’d say you’re absolutely right. But after the dragon became a Master Cryomancer at the young age of 9, his body began to behave negatively when using his ice magic.
What would that be, you may ask? Well, excessive use of the ability started to cause detrimental issues to his body, aka frostbite. Neither his parents nor the village elders could understand why this was the case for Warez, but it was a sad reality the dragon had to face for the rest of his life.
Was Warez devastated to learn that he couldn’t rely on his cryomancy for longer battles anymore? Of course, he was! Something he’s been studying and improving for his entire short life was seeming to come to a halt.
But surprisingly that didn’t deter Warez. In fact, it inspired him to go out and learn a new kind of magic.
Now I’m gonna spare you the additional lore of how he acquired his telemancer abilities, that story can be for another day. All you need to know this was the first magic Warez learned on his own and developed his techniques further over the years. So without further ado, let me share with you what Warez is capable of.
Warez can teleport instantaneously from one location whether it is people, objects, or energy to another. While teleportation may seem like it is simply for travel, it can be a valuable ability as it can be used offensively (and quite powerful, as a spatial attack) without regarding movement, speed, and distance.
Master - Capable of teleporting on a planetary scale, moving anywhere on the planet or possibly to other planets out in the universe. With enough time he can teleport mass up to the size of large buildings.
And if you know by now, Warez accidentally found a means of dimensional travel which gets him into many, MANY sticky situations 😅.
* Teleport an attack back at a target
* Teleport in air simulating flight
* A passive ability to possess an extrasensory spatial sense
* Teleport objects into targets, causing telefrag, which can punch holes or bisect the target. This is a last resort and something Warez doesn’t like to do. Very messy >.<
Empathic Teleportation - Teleport to those the user has strong feelings for or can teleport to those who have strong feelings towards the user.
Teleport Dash - Combining high-speed movement with teleportation acts as a "dimensional treadmill" (similar to swimming downstream) to dramatically and instantaneously increase their momentum, inertia, impact force, and range of speed.
Isoportation (Travelless) - The user can teleport in place, rearranging the position of their body or limbs, cancel, retain, or add velocity and momentum, stop their movement, change direction, and change their orientation.
Visual Marking Teleportation - The user can teleport themselves and/or others to a location that has been marked visually. Since the destination is predetermined, the user does not need to worry about "not seeing where they are going", a problem with typical teleportation.
Teleportation Attacks/Teleportation Energy Manipulation - The ability to release/use teleportation power for various attacks, both physical and spacial. For example: Teleporting a burst of air into the atmosphere and/or earth, causing shock waves or earthquakes respectively.
Elusive Fate - A passive skill that automatically activates every three minutes, the user is able to avoid a fatal blow without them being aware or using mana to teleport themselves out of harms way.
Matter Substitution - The user can substitute one collection of molecules with another, allowing them to "switch" matter, ie. the user focuses on a box and touches a concrete wall, the box appears on the wall and a box of concrete is replaced in the box's previous location. This ability can be lethal as the user can "replace" a person's vital organs such as the brain with another object.
Summoning - Teleport targets to or away from oneself. With Razew and Bazithrax being around, Warez is gonna need to learn how to summon these guys at a moments notice on his adventures.
Cognitive Transmission - The user teleports one’s thoughts to another individual's consciousness. Even being able to teleport constructs one thinks of.
Teleportation Constructs - The power to create tools, objects, weapons, armor, appendages, and even clones out of teleporting energy/power.
Those who typically think of a mage or mancer, assume that they are fighting in the back lines where they’re safer from danger. But you couldn’t be more wrong when it comes to Warez. He loves getting up close and personal. Whether it’s duking it out in a 1-on-1, or having a hoard of enemies charge him all at once it doesn’t matter. He’s gonna be having a blast… until he begins getting his teeth kicked in of course.
Warez's fighting style is a wild and unpredictable approach that keeps his enemies guessing at every turn. As a master telemancer, Warez uses his abilities to appear and disappear in an instant, striking from unexpected angles and vanishing before his opponents can retaliate.
His movements are erratic and silly, with sudden bursts of speed followed by abrupt stops, twirls, and even cartwheels mid-battle. Warez's laughter echoes through the air as he teleports behind enemies, giving them a playful noogie or a silly face before darting away. His unpredictable nature makes it nearly impossible for foes to anticipate his next move.
Warez's teleportation abilities allow him to close the distance between himself and his targets in the blink of an eye, striking with lightning-fast punches, kicks, and magical blasts.
Some of you may be asking, “Why don’t we see Warez using these techniques more often?”
And to that I say, to not be a 1 trick pony. After learning he couldn’t use his cryomancer abilites all that much, he put all his chips in learning telemancy. But what happens if you run into someone or a device to nullify any means of spatial movement, i.e. portals, summons, teleportation? You’re pretty much screwed.
Well that’s exactly what happened to Warez on one of his adventures and he never felt like more of a sitting duck in his life. Sure he made it out when having to rely on his cryomancy to get out of harms way, but he learned something that day. And that was to not solely rely on one element of magic as anyone can easily HARD counter it.

Elemental Magic is sometimes a fickle beast. An inherent predisposition can occasionally manifest simultaneously with a particular sensitivity; but this is where the truly accomplished magic user shines! True mastery of magic lies not in innate, inherited skill in one discipline, but in the understanding and adaptability to use multiple disciplines of magic in concert with one one another to become a truly formidable foe! Fire and Ice, Wind and Rain!- forget "One riot, one Ranger", nah; it's "One War, One Wizard!"
