Three and a half feet of pure dragonet Xress does not fly, but glides. A race that needs iron in their diet, as in drinking blood level iron, she is highly intelligent and refuses to feed off of sentient creatures (like say, Security troops from the Enterprise.) Created for a PBeM game so long ago I can't remember when, she became a member of Voyagers crew simply because the idea of traveling among the stars quickened her heart. She is also a natural egg layer.

Sad that when Voyager ended the GM cancelled the game because 'I'm out of ideas.' No flipping imagination that one.
