Shizuku, the cousin of Izuku, lived a life where she transferred between foster homes/homeless shelters before her aunt took her in. Her father abandoned her after her mother died, making it so Bakugo made a childish promise to marry her in the future.

Him bullying her cousin made their friendship/later relationship strained, making her untrusting of the being who was her childhood friend. With a lot of effort, Bakugo was able to get her trust back.

This art is of a fantasy version of them and they have a 10 year old named Kenta. Shizuku was threatened to take the life of her love who she hasn't seen since she left to protect him before she knew that she was pregnant in order to save their child. She completed the deed but it was killing her internally, especially when he comforts her before he passes.
