I drew this several years ago when I was going through a phase of drawing Professor Ratigan in various roles as different types of characters while still remaining his handsome rat self. In this one, he is a painter and an artist who is not afraid to get messy when creating his masterpieces. That is why he has paint in various colors spilt onto his broad shoulders and even some got on his hairy bare feet. And he has red heart stickers mostly around him because I obviously love him.
