The Transbay Tube
An image that's part of a four illustration set for a minizine project I've been cooking about the (now decommissioned and scrapped) legacy fleet BART trains I grew up with. When I get on BART, I'm almost always taking the yellow line from the north; this means I have to go through the transbay tube to get into SF. The air pressure difference from being underwater always makes my ears pop and the tunnel makes the trains super loud; I like counting the occasional lights in the tunnel that we pass by
