Terms of Service

1. Prices and Payment Methods
Prices are detailed and available to you in the Price List.
I only accept payments via PayPal.
2. Payment Protocols
100% payment before starting the project.
3. Refunds
Refunds can only be requested before I begin working on your order.
This point is crucial. Once it has commenced, no refunds will be processed.
4. Changes to the Order
You can request up to 2 (two) changes at no additional cost while I am working on your
project. Only valid for the sketch phase.
After this limit, each change will have a cost equivalent to 25% of the original order price.
5. Order Progress
You have the option to request progress updates on your order while I am working on it. I will
send them when I am available to do so. Your patience is appreciated.
6. Image Consultation
I recommend having a clear idea of your preferences to achieve the desired results in your
order. Otherwise, I offer an Image Consultation service, the fee for which is additional and it
costs 25% of the original price.
7. Delivery Time
The delivery time for your order will vary depending on its complexity, usually ranging from 2
(two) weeks to 1 (one) month OR 2 (two) months depending of the waitlist. The only exception to this rule is in cases of illness or
unforeseen personal circumstances. In such cases, I will assess a new delivery timeline with
each client to ensure the successful completion of the order.
8. Priority Delivery
If you wish to have your order completed within a shorter timeframe than proposed, I offer
the option of prioritizing it for an additional cost equivalent to 25% of the initial price.
9. Final Provisions
These Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement between Camila Sandoval
Berezowski (Vaurette) and the client regarding the provided design services. By accepting
these terms, both parties acknowledge and accept all the conditions and policies stated
herein.
Any modification or amendment to these terms must be agreed upon in writing and
consented to by both parties.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a
competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
