In my experience it evolved in me from the too much negative experience.
This thing wouldn't have got into me if I had someone how is a partner in the conversation not the judge.
Later I also learned being completely the not judge gave me to direction to evolve better.
I think it's like almost everything. Completely without it also bad, overwhelmed with it is bad too.
The right proportion of both of them is the good to me.
It could be like 95% partner and 5% of judge. I'm just guessing.
About the art, it looks so nice seeing your character patiently waiting for her she to be done. ^^
You look exactly someone to be good to have around. <3
