Wow ! This drawing is impressive.

First of all I hope you feel ok and you are better too. I don't know what happened for you to feel like this and to be in this situation I just hope and wish you will get better and everything will ease over the time.

About your drawing, it is impressive and have a strong power because watching at it, make me feel uncomfortable. So that mean you succeeded to put a strong emotion in it (I also hope it helped you). The colors and the style make me think of a mix between Silent Hill and SIGNALIS.
It is just impressive.

The first thing is the composition, a view from bottom, it put the watcher in a situation of weakness.
Like you are at the mercy of this entity.
After, the background, you only see the floor which is fragmented with shard but the disposition of it you can't tell if it come from the spectator or the creature. Then the floor get lost in shadow and in a gloomy red atmosphere.

You follow the shards and the blood stream and you meet a foot. Then one leg appear covered in blood, the second is in the darkness, you continue to the knee to discover a the shape of a body.
You try to figure what it is made of, it is skin or flesh ? You can't really tell, that adds to the uncomfortableness of the drawing. While trying to figure what is it you notice the blood stream come from above. You look up a bit more, your look plunge into an even more red color.
The atmosphere is suffocating, you continue and in this dark bloody red, you distinguish in the dark the edges of a face.
The silouhette look feminine but you don't care, your look is focused on the face of this entity. You don't know if it look at you or not. Above her, you can see or you can feel a gloomy aura.
You don't know if the entity is hostile or not. You don't care. At least at first.

Then you try to look at the face of the entity, you still can't see her face but when you look at it closely, you feel the entity is not hostile. No she don't want you any harm. She is the one suffering. She is the one who try to get out of this place. It is a long and painfull way but somehow, she made her way untill here. She found you, you look a bit closely at her face, it seem she is smiling.
Why ? Maybe, because she wasn't expecting to find someone here ? Because if you are here, that mean she isn't alone anymore. There is someone. Someone is here !
Even if this person can't help her, this person is here and she can listen her. Listen her story. Listen her pain. Listen and understand. Since she don't know this person, she could tell her, her story without interuption, just tell her feeling, just tell how the powerfull emotions she fell hurt her so much. Just tell this person all that without being interupted and without being judged.
So yes, she is smiling, because even it is painfull, there is someone her to who she can tell what she faced untill now.

If it is maybe a gloomy picture at first, when you look into the details, it tell way much more.

You really described it so well and felt it. I really appreciate it! In fact, God, I live for such comments, I draw for them, when someone like you could understand the big meanings , that this is not just some kind of regular drawing! Thank you so much for taking so much time!!
Now I'm currently being treated by a therapist and it helps, I'm just mired in a lot of work and pain because such art allowed me to exhale and throw out the accumulated heaviness.
