While randomly scribbling faces on a page this one popped out at me, so I went with it, and after a while this is what developed from it! Another Pokemon, so sorry if people don't care for it, but it just happened! XD

Ivy, a Pikachu, is a short-blonde haired girl that can be easily surprised and doesn't view herself as a very strong person. She was often teased as a child for not being able to use any electrical power like her kind, but instead she can only absorb it, a strange defect that she hopes she can "cure" someday.
