Edit: Ok well it doen't look like none of my watchers wants this one so it's going out to anyone who wants her. So if anyone wants this character. I'll just watch you so I can continue seeing this character. So that means the rules will also change abit. So yeah.
A Character I drew for a contest but never won and I don't believe I would ever draw this character again. So I'm gonna give her away. But not to anyone. I want this one to go to a Watcher of mine so I can continue watching this character. I do like her. But I hadn't drawn her since I first drew her. And that was like 2 3 years ago. So here's alittle info on her.
Hikaru means light and those neon green strapes on her glows in the dark while the neon blue glows when ever to light Hikaru her way through dark caves and such. The dark blue dims the glow of her neon colors so she is able to sneak up on her pray.
